Can you physically fit an additional internal hard drive in a SFF desktop?

I was looking around at some small form factor PC's. I have an additional internal hard drive from a tower PC just lying around, and I was wondering before I purchase, if it was possible to fit it somewhere in conjuction with the main hard drive? I heard these PC's are relatively small, but I've never actually seen one in person. The additional hard drive is about the size of a standard CD-ROM case.

You'd have to check the specs. of the case for how many 3.5" drive bays it has. In general though, the SFF cases sacrifice room in other areas like expansion slots, 5.25" drive bays and power supply (proprietary, so it fits). The SFF cases do sacrifice some room for hard drives also, but every one I've worked with has had room for at least two hard drives.

Take the following SFF case for example. It is one of the few I've seen with two 5.25" drive bays and it is the only one I've seen that would take a standard ATX power supply (awesome). But it clearly states that it has (2) 3.5" drive bays. So if someone built a system with that case, you could add your extra hard drive to it later, no problem.
