Which one is better? You decide!

Have you actually seen your company training plan? Has anyone told you when you joined, that this is the only way that you will succeed? Have you been warned to stay away from other training programs?

I know exactly what you are thinking, that I might be poking at the hornets nest. Guess what? You're right.

To start off gently,

Most people are drawn to a home based business by all of the Glamour first. You know, the sports cars, expensive homes, yachts, extravagant vacations and that you'll make a million dollars in no time flat.

The training plan is less than average and worst of all, there is no one to train you. Do you honestly think that anyone in your up line has anymore knowledge let alone the patience to train anyone in their down line?

Now, I am not saying that everyone's up line stinks and that nobody knows anything. That would be an outright lie. Fortunately for a select few, you do have an up line member that is successful and will take some time to train down line members. However this is rare.

The reason I am telling you this is because, there still is an incredibly outrageous 95% non-success rate in the network marketing industry. The 5% that are successful aren't using the company training methods and most of them aren't selling the headline products or services.

Alright now I'm going to catch all kinds of flack here, but this must be told.

The top 5% are making all of there money off of all its members. Through sales of all promotional materials such as training packs, brochures, cd's, dvd's, sample packs, clothing, accessories and websites. Not to forget the cost per person to attend their corporate "Ra Ra" events, which go on tour to every major city, year round every year?

Is professional network marketing training for real? Yes but do your homework and make sure you enrolling in the top level right off the bat or you'll just be getting basic training that does not include internet training.

Network marketing companies are fighting back against professional Training companies because they are losing profits that they generate from the sales of their subpar training packs.

It is not a violation to seek outside training although more and more companies are trying to persuade its members that it is.

Professional training outside of the company is a must if you are planning to make more than supplemental income, it will provide you with skills that will make you successful in your present company and with any other venture you might take on in the future, plus it gives you incredible leverage to sign up and train business reps that will help put your business on autopilot.

The only way to put it to the test is talk to someone in your up or down lines that has been in the company program for a while and see if they are getting the results that would be satisfactory to you.

With professional network marketing training companies you will find some with guarantees and most with outlined courses. The top notch companies will offer guarantees, outlined course training, individually assigned mentors and support team and fully automated websites for online 24/7 training.

The top 5% of your company, are professional marketers so, I will leave you with that thought.
