Burning CDs through iTunes?

I'm trying to burn a CD for my friend's birthday but it's not working! The playlist burns fine, looks fine on the computer I burned it on, then when I slip it into a different computer the songs come up as "Track 1, Track 2" etc. I hit "Get CD Track Names" and it says "This CD was not found in the CDDB database." It's so frustrating and I've wasted 6 blank CDs trying to get this to work! Help?

If they are from different cds itunes may not find it.I think it finds it by the album name and artist name.You might just have to enter the names yourself.
